President Trump is unveiling "Made in America Week" to promote products made in the United States. The week will start on Monday with a "Made in America product showcase" which will have crafts and other items from the 50 states. On Wednesday, Trump will talk about the importance of making things in America. On Saturday, Trump will go to Norfolk for the commissioning of the USS Gerald R. Ford, which is the first in the Navy's new class of nuclear-powered aircraft carriers.
Critics question the project saying it is inconsistent with the former businessman's own practice of outsourcing the manufacture of some products he sold.
